�ok so i was just in the elevator and i was going up and it stopped on the 7th floor and sometimes people think its going down when its really going up and so i was like are you going up? and this punk ass bitch and her friends were like "duh thats why we got on the up elevator" in the super bitchy not nice tone. Is was really rude and awkward. I really donapos;t like people like that cause they make me feel like iapos;m stupid and worthless when i was just trying to be nice. Goodness. Iapos;ve run into those types a few times lately. I thought that i left that behind in high school but apparently some people havenapos;t grown up. Ugh.�


aside from that today is going well for me. Math was easy and made sense for like the first time this semester. Yay lol
world civ was interesting but we got our next writing assignment. Yay me lol

and now i just realized that i have to go to english tomorrow and i skipped tuesday cause my interview ran late so yeah. Ugh.

oh and i start work on monday yay iapos;m so excited i get to work with kids again haha

so what else........ Oh i get to go home this weekend and go to the homecoming game at reardan and hang out with some people i havenapos;t seen in quite a while so iapos;m super excited and i get to go see PHANTOM OF THE OPERA on saturday and i heard it was amazing. Yay i seriously canapos;t wait. Like you have no idea.�


but yeah iapos;ve had a really good day. Its just been one of those good days that its like spectacular but just good. Ya know lol�

Baby knocked off at 4pm ytdae and came to fetch me. We went for an early dinner...actually, he had an early dinner. All I had was sharing his salad and had my Oreo Cheesecake :D We then went home to watch "You Donapos;t mess with Jotan" Err..I meant Zohan..hehe...

Before we got home, Baby said "Maybe later in the night my mom cook and we can have dinner again"

Baby didnapos;t finish the movie. Towards the ending (at 5ish), he said :"Iapos;m gonna take a nap...when I awake, maybe if I go to my ex-colleagueapos;s home for the gathering, you can watch your CSI at home lor"

The 2 Maybes didnapos;t happen. First, later in the night, we didnapos;t have a round 2 dinner. Most importantly is the 2nd maybe...he didnapos;t go to any gatherings. Because after he went to nap, the next time I heard his voice is 7.30am Hahaha...what a long nap. But itapos;s good. I always love it when Baby had a good rest. He always tend not to rest enough. Work and work non-stop. So, Iapos;m really glad he took a 12-hours marathon nap. Heheh..

Review: A quirky read from the mind of Terry Jones, inspired by Douglas Adams. It did take me a while to fully get into what was going on but once there I enjoyed myself, there were enough little moments of�genius to make me snort out loud whilst reading and I loved the parrot. Recommended if youapos;re after a little Douglas Adams/Monty Python-esque humour to round off your week.

So, after one day at Source One Marketing Group, I am now aggressively and vigilantly hunting down... Another job. Itapos;s not bad, but this is commission. Very low commission, and honestly, I could make more waiting tables. But, Iapos;m not quitting yet. I get $360 the first week on top of commission. After that, itapos;s all commission. And considering the driving involved, well... Itapos;s just not going to work out. But, Iapos;ll quit when I have something. Right now, Iapos;m just using it so I can tell other potential employers that I have a job. Because it is always easier to find a job when you have one than not.

But it was a good day. A very good day. Did I make a sale? No. But I got to practice my people skills. Striking up conversations with random strangers, and oh god, did I ever need that. It was a very useful exercise and now I am much more comfortable with people. Going to keep it up.

I made a friend today also. Not one of my co-workers, but I struck up an interesting conversation with a woman today. She works in the business as an actress and a writer, and has connections. We talked for well over an hour, and weapos;re going to have coffee some time soon, discuss ideas, and maybe collaborate on a screenplay, and she might introduce me to her contacts also. This is my real career. So Iapos;m glad it happened. And before any of you start suggesting I should hook up with her, sheapos;s thirty years older than me. I like older women. A lot. But not that much. ;)

Also, on my way out and back home from the main office, I got called back because I left something there. At first it sucked, but Iapos;m glad it happened. On my way back out, I spotted a young woman loading the trunk of her car, and she had a Connecticut license plate. Guess what anti-social Greg did? He struck up a conversation. So we talked for a few minutes. She and I are in similar boats. I want to be in the film industry. She wants to be in the fashion industry. She knows people, so weapos;re going to talk on Monday, and get to know each other. I even did something I am usually too nervous to do and asked her name. Alice, btw. Very cute. Hey, networking is part of what I have to do. Not for this current and very temporary job. But for my overall career in film. I refuse to give up on it.

Tuesday, I have an appointment at a temp agency. I need a fixed salary.

Iapos;m coming out of my shell, and I am loving every minute of it.
